The Vehicle Checklist

Clear the Space: Please arrive with your back seats folded down and your trunk/cargo area completely empty. Car seats, strollers, and groceries are the natural enemies of balloon displays!

Size Matters: * 6–8ft Garlands & Marquees: Require a mid-to-large SUV or Minivan.

Custom Bouquets: Can typically fit in a standard sedan (back seat) or small SUV.

No "Sharp" Objects: Ensure there are no exposed metal clips or sharp plastic edges in your cargo area.
The "Safe Travels" Rules

Temperature Control: Balloons are sensitive! On hot days, please cool your car down with the AC before we load your decor. On cold days, keep the heater at a moderate level.

The "Straight Home" Rule: Never leave balloons in a parked car. The heat/cold can cause them to deflate or pop within minutes.

Drive with Care: Take turns slowly and avoid sudden stops to prevent your bouquets or marquees from shifting.
