What We Look For:

MANAGEMENT: 

• Update, maintain and manage production schedule, policies and procedures

• On-boarding of new employees

• Creating Master systems for owner

• Executing the latest tech to keep our organization on the cutting edge

• Adhering closely to deadlines and budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects.

 

MARKETING:

•  Assist with maintaining contact with website vendor for site updates, news clippings, blog and newsletter content.

 

Your Skills / Your History:

• 5+ years Operational/Management experience required

• Able to give direction to your team and they LOVE you for it!

•  Knowledge of MS Office applications, Photoshop, Illustrator and QuickBooks a PLUS!

 

 Full-time Salary: $52,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year

Designer 
What We Look For:

ALL-AROUND DESIGNER:

• Primary focus on design and implementation.

• Flexible schedule with specific availability for booked events throughout the year. 

​

DUTIES:

• Designing, inflating, and building balloon sculptures, arches, columns, and installing balloon drops.

• An eye for design during set-up and delivery. 

• Attention to detail is mandatory.  

• Provides nothing less than impeccable customer service and continue to maintain these standards with all relevant parties you come in contact with.

• Have a basic understanding of balloons and a desire to creativity grow!

DRIVING:

• Must have a CLEAN driving record (Less than 2 points on your driving record)!

• Can drive our large company van for deliveries and installation of balloon decorations. 

​
