Looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who can run the plays at Balloon Crew. You will be the operational genius behind everything we do. This role is a mix of Administrative, Marketing, Operational and Sales and will be a hybrid of field and studio work.

Managing the schedule and logistics.
Maintain and manage production schedule for multiple
projects and clients
Coordinate samples or renderings to and from client.
Includes organizing and making arrangements for
delivery and pick up of same.
Ordering of materials, office supplies and maintaining
balloon & non-balloon inventory by checking stock to
determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;
placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying
receipt of supplies
Maintain equipment lists
Update and maintain production policies and procedures
Assist with arranging client meetings
In Charge Of:
On-boarding new team members
Create Master systems for owner
Master of the Calendar for jobs and owner
Gatekeeper for owner of BC.

Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive

Create and maintain a customer service program for all clients
who come into contact with BCI. from website to brand

Maintain and build a strong network of relationships with
prospects and external contacts, professional affiliations,
Monitors and analyzes sales data, creates forecasts on sales
activity and revenue for management decision making.
Your Skills / Your History:
2+ years Administrative/Operational experience required
Able to take direction and perform repetitive tasks
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Photoshop,&
Illustrator a PLUS)
Demonstrates leadership, diplomacy, decisiveness, and
Ability to influence others by maintaining open channels of
communication, fostering teamwork, and building
relationships with cross-functional teams
Ability to understand complex issues from various sources,
while finding simple solutions
Effective planning and organizational skills with a
